"In Denmark, data concerning health is a special category of personal data and as such its processing is prohibited by Article 7(1) of the Act on Processing of Personal Data. However, processing is legal with the consent of the data subject (Article 7(2)(1)), and furthermore if the processing is done for medical purposes."
